摘要：固定化酶在科学领域中有着重要作用，寻求理想的固定化酶载体一直是该领域的主要研究课题之一。本文详述了天然多糖甲壳素／壳聚糖及其衍生物作为固定化酶载体的具体形式及应用，为综合利用甲壳素提供一条新途径。
Immobolized enzymes play a very important role in wide ranging fields of science and technology and the seeking of ideal enzyme supports is always an urgent and important task.This article reports extensively specific forms and uses of nature polysaccharides chitin/chitosan and their derivatives in the application of immobilized enzymes,and explores,a new way to their comprehensive uses.
