摘要:以吡啶氯化合成五氯吡啶这一反应体系为研究对象,系统考察了该体系中非催化结焦行为的影响因素与结焦模型。为此,在进行理论分析和预实验的基础上,进行了正交实验,结果表明,除时间外,气空速、液空速和温度也是影响非催化结焦的主要因素。通过对相关数据的分析和关联,建立了结焦量与上述因素之间的定量关系式为:CC=0.0070(G/G*)-0.50(L/L*)0.47(T/T*)2.00(t/t*)0.28.实验验证表明,该关联式具有良好的预测特性,能较好地描述吡啶氯化反应中的非催化结焦行为。
The main factors influencing the uncatalyzed coking of pyridine chlorination reaction and the correlation between those influcencing factors were studied. In order to determine the degree of importance of the factors, based on theoretical analysis and preliminary tests, the orthogonal experiments were designed and carried out. The results indicate that there are four factors, such as gaseous phase space velocity, liquid phase space velocity, temperature and time, which have influence over the process of coking. With the linear regression on related data, a correlative equation could be established in the form of Cc=0.0070(G/G*)^-0.50(L/L*)^0.47(T/T*)^2.00(t/t*)^0.28. Further studies show that the model can describe the behavior ofuncatalyzed coking in the system of pyridine chlorination reaction rather well.
