摘要:为了预测不同浸渍时间载体径向的浓度分布,以镍或铜在硅胶载体上的浸渍为例,提出了湿法浸渍过程的数学模型。根据不同的吸附动力学、浸渍液浓度、相对吸附量和浸渍液固比,该模型可有不同的数值解或解析解。测定了有效扩散素数、传质系数、吸附和脱附速率常数、平衡常数和饱和表面浓度。研究表明模型预计值和实验值吻合较好。
In order to predict the concentration distribution as functions of time, the mathematical models are presented for the wet impregnation of Ni or Cu species on porous silica carrier According to the different adsorption kinetics, initial concentrations of impregnating solutions, relative adsorption capacities and liquid solid ratios of impregnation, the models can be solved by different numerical or analytical methods. Effective diffusivities, mass transfer coefficients, adsorption and desorption rate constants, equili brium constants, saturated surface concentrations have been determined. This paper shows very good agreement between theoretical predicted values and experimental results.
