摘要:NOVELTY - The invention discloses a method of conductive polyaniline nanometer fibers. It is characterized by: dispersing the polyaniline in construction of eigen state nanometer fibers and the long chain organic protonic acid into aged spirit solvent uniformly in certain proportion, pre-doping them 4-24 hours in 50-80degreeC then steaming solvent, again doping 0.5-4 hours in 100-160degreeC, then preparingthe conductive polyaniline nanometer fiber doping the long-chain organic protonic acid. The conductive polyaniline nanometer fiber of the invention shows excellent thermal stability in electrical conductivity, it also has good fusion processability. The conductive polyaniline nanometer fiber can prepare high-performance antistatic materials after fusion and mixture with non-polar general polymer such as polyethylene and polypropylene.
