摘要:针对目前小型农机短缺、大型农机功能单一以及农田地形复杂多样等问题,设计一款智能农田管家。该机采用模块化设计,通过播种模块、移栽模块、施肥模块、收割模块和搭载车的协调运作,实现不同功能的切换,有效解决农机功能局限等问题。控制系统由STM32控制电机运转,完成对各模块执行元件的精确控制。利用ANSYS对核心部件进行有限元分析,确保装置的可靠性。该设计富含创意、小型高效,具有市场推广价值和应用前景。
In view of the current problems such as shortage of small agricultural machines,single functionality of large agricultural machines and complex and diverse terrain of farmland,an intelligent farmland manager is designed.The machine adopts a modular design to achieve the switching of different functions through the coordinated operation of the seeding module,transplanting module,fertilization module,harvesting module and carrier vehicle,which effectively solves the problems such as functional limitations of agricultural machines.The control system controls the operation of the motor by STM32 to accomplish precise control of the execution components of each module.ANSYS is used to carry out finite element analysis of the core components to ensure the reliability of the device.The design is creative,small and efficient,with market promotion value and application prospects.
