摘要：《联合国宪章》将人权规定为与和平与安全、发展相并列的联合国三大任务之一。经过60年的曲折发展,以《联合国宪章》和《世界人权宣言》为基础的国际人权法体系已初步构建起来,人权已成为当今时代主题之一,并与发展、和平与安全之间的联系密切。30年来,我国的人权事业取得了巨大进步,为确立人权的战略地位奠定了基础。我国应当因应人权这一当今时代主题的要求,确立人权的战略地位。
Human rights, along with peace and security, development, constitute one of the most important tasks of the United Nations in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations. Based oil the Charter of United Nations and Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the international human rights law system has been constructed after 60 years of tortuous development. Human rights have become one of the themes in the contemporary era, which are closely connected with development, peace and security. In the past 30 years, great progress has been made in the cause of human rights in China, which has created the basis for the establishment of the strategic posi- tion of human rights. To meet the requirement of human rights theme in the contemporary age, China should estab- lish the strategic position of human rights.
