摘要:通过脲插入高岭土层间并分解成气体的方法,以剥离高岭土的层状结构,从而制得了二维高岭土材料。它的性质与未剥离的高岭土有很大的差别,比表面积增大五倍以上,结构水脱除温度低150~300多度。经XRD、DTA、TG、IR测定和SEM观察,证明了这样制得的二维高岭土接近于单分子层结构。
A two-dimensional kaolinite material was obtained through the intercalatingurea into kaolinite and the exfoliation of the host layered structure by vapour species decom-posed from the intercalate. The properties of the material prepared differ remarkably fromthose of untreated kaolinite,e.g.its specific surface area increases more than five times anddehydration temperature decreases about 150~300 ℃. From the data of XRD,DTA ,TG,IRand SEM,such two-dimensional kaolinite can be nearly characterized as single molecular layer structure.
