摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves preparing water solution with a 0.5-5 mass percentage of amine as floating agent with alkyl primary amine salt, alkyl mixed alcohol and alkali metal salt within pH value of 5-9. Mass ratios of the alkyl primary amine, alkyl mixed alcohol and the alkali metal salt are 10-100 percent, 1-100 percent and 0.1-50 percent, respectively. Solid content of tantalum-niobium tailing pulp is 10-50 percent. Tonnes of tantalum-niobium tailing ore are separated by 100-40, 000 g of floating agent water solution. USE - Method for flotation separation of lepidolite concentrate from tantalum-niobium tailing. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the alkyl primary amine salt, alkyl mixed alcohol and alkali metal salt based on certain percentage into water solution with the 0.5-5 percent mass percentage of amine as floating agent that is characterized by low drug dosage, good selection and high lepidolite recycling ratio. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The alkyl primary amine salt is obtained by mixing one or more of alkyl primary amine with 8-18 carbon chain length with hydrochloric acid or acetic acid based on mass percentage of 1:1-1:5. The alkyl mixed alcohol is one or more of long chain alkyl alcohol with 2-12 carbon chain, ethanol or propyl alcohol. The alkali metal salt is sodium chloride and/or potassium chloride.
