摘要:资源和环境问题的日益严峻促使石油化工、能源、航空航天等诸多领域呈现出高参数、大型化、高风险运行的发展态势,这一趋势对相关装备设计、制造和使用的科学基础———高温装备结构完整性原理提出了新的挑战。本文概述了基于损伤理论和断裂理论的高温结构完整性技术的近期研究进展及其工程实践,并就这一领域未来理论和技术研究的突破点进行了展望。
The increasing awareness of resource and environment crisis has lead to the development of high parameter, large scale and high risk installations in chemical and petrochemical, power generation, space and aviation industries. New challenges are thus emerging in the high temperature structural integrity technology which provides the scientific basis for the design, manufacture and operation of high temperature installations. The present paper smnmaries the latest development of high temperature structural integrity technology and its industry practices. Both damage theory and fracture theory based structural integrity principles for high temperature applications are reviewed. Suggestions are provided for the improvement of current design and assessment methods.
