摘要:NOVELTY - The system has an air blower passing hot air into a burner injection pipe-type heating furnace radiation room through a heating petroleum pipe network from an air pre-heater after pre-hating process. Hot air entering speed is greater than flame transmitting speed. Temperature of the radiation room is greater than spontaneous combustion temperature. Refinery dry air is filled with the radiation room. The air blower is arranged in the radiation room. The air pre-heater is connected with a burner by using a wind channel. Two connection segments are mounted on a reflection plate. USE - Direct current dispersion tubular heating furnace combustion system for a high speed gas burner (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The system maintains maximum temperature during combustion process is less than 1700K so as to effectively inhibit mono-nitrogen oxide generation. The reflection plate is equipped with the radiation room so as to prevent fuel gas entering process into a convection chamber. The system prolongs fume residence time in the convection room. The system promotes carbon monoxide complete combustion process so as to improve combustion efficiency. The system avoids pollutant discharge in an ultralow temperature site.
