摘要：提高人才培养质量是大学物理课程教学的目标。我们提出"普遍提高学生学习效果和多元化多层次选拔培养优秀人才两手抓",充分尊重学生的主体地位,发挥学生的优势潜能,探索多样化、个性化、开放型和研究型教学模式,并对新形势下大学物理课程教学策略的改革创新进行了有意义的思考和实践。
To improve the quality of personnel training is the primary goal in the course of university physics teaching.A suggestion is put forward to enhance the effectiveness of student learning,and diversify the selection and training of the talents in the mean time.With full respect for the dominant position of students,developing students＇ potential advantages,and exploring diversified,personalized,open and research-based teaching mode,this paper makes a meaningful exploration and practice on the reform and innovation of university physics teaching tactics under the new situation.
