摘要:从金色链霉菌和林可链霉菌的原生质体融合重组子产生的代谢物中,分离到1个抗菌组份。其薄层层析的Rf值,碳、氢、氮、氯及硫元素含量,红外吸收光谱和核磁共振谱的信号分析,证实其化学结构与半合成抗生素克林霉素同质。
The fermentation product of a recombinant which was produced by protoplast fusion between S lincolnensis var lincolnensis producing lincomycin and S.aureofaciens producing chlorotetracycline were isolated. The antibiotic obtained has the same element content, melting point and IR spectrum as those of clindamycin.The 1 ̄H-NMR(PMR)analyses indicate that it is identical with that of clindamycin which is a semisynthetic antibiotic.
