摘要:本文综述了气相法合成纳米颗粒材料(包括物理法和化学法)的主要制备技术。并介绍了制备方法的最新进展──化学气相冷凝技术制备纳米颗粒材料。
The progress of preparation techniques for nanometer powders by gas-phase synthesis has been reviewed.It covers the main preparation techniques (including physical and chemical methods).A new chemical vapor condensation process is suggested.The problems that should be solved and the tendency to further development in nanometer powder preparation are also provided.
