摘要:NOVELTY - A dilute acetic acid is purified by subjecting dilute acetic acid into extracting tower, azeotropic distilling tower and solvent recycling tower. The extracting tower is arranged on front of the azeotropic distilling tower and solvent recycling tower to reduce moisture content of feeding material of azeotropic distilling tower. The method comprises dividing dilute acetic acid into two parts, adding part of acetic acid to top part of extracting tower, and adding other part to middle part of azeotropic distilling tower; and condensing tower top gas-phase mixture of azeotropic distilling tower. USE - Method for purifying dilute acetic acid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method reduces moisture content of azeotropic distillation, thus reducing quantity of azeotropic agent and saving steam quantity of azeotropic distilling tower DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Dilute acetic acid is purified by subjecting dilute acetic acid into extracting tower, azeotropic distilling tower and solvent recycling tower. The extracting tower is arranged on front of the azeotropic distilling tower and solvent recycling tower to reduce moisture content of total feeding material of azeotropic distilling tower. The method comprises: (A) dividing dilute acetic acid into two parts, adding a part of acetic acid to top part of extracting tower, and adding other part to middle part of azeotropic distilling tower; (B) condensing tower top gas-phase mixture of azeotropic distilling tower into phase separator to divide into organic phase and water phase; (C) making a part of organic phase as extracting agent to inject into bottom of extracting agent; (D) contacting agent with dilute acetic acid in inverse flowing manner; (E) refluxing a part of azeotropic distilling tower to middle part of the top part of the azeotropic distilling tower; (F) refluxing water phase part to top part of azeotropic distilling tower; (G) recycling solvent of a large part of the water phase in the middle part of the solvent recycling tower; (H) processing the azeotropic distillation to the extracting phase of the extracting tower top part in the upper part of the azeotropic distilling tower; and (I) injecting extracted wastewater into solvent recycling tower to recycle or discharge solvent. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing is a schematic diagram illustrating a method for purifying dilute acetic acid.
