摘要:In this work, a novel paradigm of detection technology to achieve the universal in-situ detection of micro-nano objects is developed, combining lab-on-a-chip with artificial intelligence. A prototype was developed to realize the detection of microdroplets in emulsions. The functions allowing for the in-situ acquisition of water droplet features, including the diameter, size distribution, roundness and position information, are all verified in detail. The feature information above is translated into the practical value for predicting the water content in an oilwater mixture system. Besides, the obtained measurement data of position and size distribution are consistent with the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, and the water content of emulsion samples which contains different proportions of water matches with the measurement results of UV absorbance experiment. This work indicates that the technical idea of combining lab-on-a-chip with artificial intelligence as a universal in-situ detection technology for micro-nano objects possesses the advantages of availability, versatility, and universality.
