摘要:采用紫外光照射法在咪唑类离子液体[C12min][Br]中一步合成了Au-[C12min][Br]纳米复合物,将该纳米复合物固定牛血红蛋白(Hb)后修饰于玻碳(GC)电极表面构成Hb/Au-[C12min][Br]/GC修饰电极。电化学研究表明,Hb在Au-[C12min][Br]纳米复合物膜上发生了准可逆的电极反应,氧化峰电位(Epa)和还原峰电位(Epc)分别为-0.253V和-0.335V。Au-[C12min][Br]纳米复合物对Hb的直接电子转移有很好的促进作用,表现出良好的电化学活性。Hb/Au-[C12min][Br]/GC对H2O2有较好的电催化能力,对进一步研究H2O2传感器具有重要意义。
Au [C12 mini [-Br] nanocomposite was synthesized by UV photocatalysis in ion liquid, [-C12min]EBr]. Hb/Au-[C12min][-Br]/GC modified electrode was fabricated by Hb immobilized on the Au- [C12min][-Br] modified glassy carbon (GC) electrode. The electrochemical property showed that the quasi-reversible eletrode reaction happened on Hb/Au-[-C12 mini [Br]/GC electrode. The anodic peak potential (Epa) and cathodic peak potential (Epc) were located at -- 0. 253 V and -- 0. 335 V, respectively. The Au-[-C12 mini [-Br] nanocomposite accelerated the direct electron transfer of Hb, and showed high electrochemical activity. The Hb/Au-]-C12 min] [-Br]/GC electrode has good electrocatalytic activity for H2O2 , which should be valuable for further study on H2O2 biosensors.
