摘要：NOVELTY - Lignocellulose biomass is supplied to a hydrolyzing reactor (3) and hydrolyzed at 140-200 degrees C and 0.8-2 MPa in the presence of an acidic catalyst, preferably 0.1-0.8 wt.% of inorganic strong acid. USE - Hydrolysis of lignocellulose biomass used in ethanol production. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the generation of fermentation inhibitor, hydrolyzes hemicellulose thoroughly (to obtain monosaccharide), and provides foundation for high-efficient use of lignocellulose biomass during production of ethanol from lignocellulose biomass.
