摘要：目的为了研究不同培养条件对 CIK细胞 ( cytokine- induced killer cells,CIK细胞 )纯度的影响。方法分别从脐血和成人外周血单个核细胞定向诱导 CIK细胞的产生 ,用流式细胞分析法对不同培养条件下 CIK细胞的纯度进行了分析。结果培养到第 14、2 1d时 ,脐血来源的 CIK细胞纯度分别为 3 8.68%和 5 3 .11%。成人来源的 CIK细胞纯度分别为 3 3 .90 %和 63 .2 6% ,说明培养时间对 CIK的纯度具有明显影响。 CIK细胞培养 14 d后 ,在无细胞因子或受到再次激活的条件下继续培养 7d,与连续培养的 CIK细胞相比 ,两种来源的 CIK细胞的纯度都没有明显的变化。结论这一结果对于
