摘要:大气黑碳(black carbon,BC)对人体健康有重要不利影响,暴露水平呈现较大的时空差异。Micro Aeth等个体采样器对评估个体黑碳暴露风险有重要意义,但是其测量受多种因素干扰。通过一系列实验发现温湿度变化及振动能导致数据出现正负波动,而采取在采样口连接干燥管并将采样器固定在身上的预防措施,可减少上述影响。同时通过对异常数据进行有效的标记及优化处理,可提高数据的有效性。经优化处理后的振动组、湿度组实测数据与对照组数据的相关性分别由0.64提高至0.89、0.37提高至0.82。预防措施与优化方案相结合可使个体黑碳采样结果的有效性得以提高。
Black carbon (BC) is significantly associated with adverse health impacts and its exposure levels display large spatial and temporal variability in atmosphere. A personal sampler such as MicroAeth is very important to evaluate personal exposure risk, however it has been reported to be influenced by many external factors. This study investigated influences of humidity, temperature and vibration on personal sampler which can result in abnormal data. The influences of these factors on data validity can be minimized or even avoided through wearing the sampler on human body and connecting a diffusion dryer with the inlet. Meanwhile the study also figured out the flag and optimization solutions for individual abnormal data, ensuring the validity of the data. The results showed that the optimized data correlated better with the control group that their correlation coefficient increased from 0.64 to 0.89 (vibration impact) and 0.37 to 0.82 (relative humidity impact) respectively. Through integrating solutions mentioned above, the data validity of personal BC sampler can be guaranteed.
