摘要:CaCl2.6H2O作为一种常低温相变材料(PCM)在蓄热节能领域具有广阔应用前景,但其严重的过冷使应用受到限制。为解决这一问题,本工作基于无机盐成核原理,用溶液法制备了各种掺杂的CaCl2.6H2O晶体,并对其进行了热分析。在开放体系和室温冷却环境下,研究了不同成核剂的添加方法及工艺参数对CaCl2.6H2O的过冷特性的影响及其变化规律。实验结果表明,硼砂和SrCl2.6H2O是CaCl2.6H2O优良的成核剂,分别能将CaCl2.6H2O过冷度降低至2℃和接近0℃,有效地解决了过冷。
Calcium chloride hexahydrate has broad application prospects in thermal energy storage fields as a normal and low temperature phase change materials(PCMs).However,further applications of it are inhibited by its serious supercooling.In order to solve this problem,calcium chloride hexahydrate adulterated with various substances were prepared with'solution method',based on the nucleating mechanism and characterized by thermal gravitation analysis(TGA).In addition,The effects of adding methods of various nucleators as well as technical parameters on the supercooling properties of calcium chloride hexahydrate were researched under the condition of room temperature cooling and 'open system'.It is demonstrated in the experimental results that strontium chloride hexahydrate and borax are satisfactory nucleators of calcium chloride hexahydrate,and are able to reduce the supercooling degree to 2℃ and close to 0℃ respecticely.Thus,the problem mentioned above is effectively resolved.
