摘要:NOVELTY - A small interfering RNA (siRNA) target to human, is new. The siRNA is capable of specifically inhibiting gene expression of karyopherin- beta 1 (KPNB1) gene, where siRNA is chosen from siRNA-2 comprising sense strand of SEQ ID NO: 3, and antisense strand of SEQ ID NO: 4, and siRNA-3 sense strand of SEQ ID NO: 5 and antisense strand of SEQ ID NO: 6. USE - The siRNA and shRNA in recombinant vector is useful for specifically inhibiting gene expression of KPNB1 gene, and DNA sequence for preparing KPNB1 gene expression inhibitor, anti-tumor medicine, (all claimed), and preventing or treating gliomas. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A small interfering RNA (siRNA) target to human, is new. The siRNA is capable of specifically inhibiting gene expression of karyopherin- beta 1 (KPNB1) gene, where siRNA is chosen from siRNA-2 comprising sense strand having base pair of SEQ ID NO: 3, and antisense strand having base pair of SEQ ID NO: 4, and siRNA-3 comprising sense strand having base pair of SEQ ID NO: 5 and antisense strand having base pair of SEQ ID NO: 6. ggaaguguuggguggugaauu (SEQ ID NO: 3), and ccuucacaacccaccacuuaa (SEQ ID NO: 4), and gguggacaagucagacuauga (SEQ ID NO: 5) and ccaccuguucagucugauacu (SEQ ID NO: 6). INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) short hairpin RNA (shRNA), comprising shRNA-2 or ShRNA-3, where sense strand shRNA-2 comprises a 59 base pair sequence (SEQ ID NO: 9) fully defined in the specification, and antisense strand comprises a 59 base pair sequence (SEQ ID NO: 10) fully defined in the specification, and sense strand ShRNA-3 comprises a 59 base pair sequence (SEQ ID NO: 11) fully defined in the specification, and antisense strand comprises a 59 base pair sequence (SEQ ID NO: 12) fully defined in the specification; and (2) recombinant vector, comprising siRNA target to human KPNB1 gene, and shRNA target to human KPNB1 gene.
