摘要:针对多晶硅还原炉底盘支撑结构的应力分析问题,基于JB 4732-1995 《钢制压力容器--分析设计标准》(2005年确认)中的弹性应力分析法以及ASMEⅧ-2中的极限载荷法和弹塑性分析法,开展了底盘支撑结构的应力评定。同时,计算了极限载荷法和弹塑性分析法框架下该部件的承载能力。结果表明,采用弹性应力分析法、极限载荷法以及弹塑性分析法评估时,底盘支撑结构均满足强度要求。但是,基于弹性应力分析法所得到的设计结果过于保守,而极限载荷法和弹塑性分析法可以大幅降低设计的保守度。
With respect to the stress analysis of the chassis support structure of the polysilicon reduction furnace,the stress evaluation was conducted based on the elastic stress analysis in the standard JB 4732-1995 “Steel Pressure Vessel--Design by Analysis”(Edition 2005) and the limit load analysis and elasto-plastic analysis in the standard ASME Ⅷ-2 for the chassis support structure. Meanwhile,the bearing capacity of the chassis was calculated based on the limit load analysis and elasto-plastic analysis.The results show that the chassis support structure meets the strength requirement for the three methods mentioned above,i.e.,elastic stress analysis,limit load analysis and elasto-plastic analysis.However,the results obtained based on the elastic stress analysis are too conservative,whereas the limit load analysis and elasto-plastic analysis can greatly reduce the conservativeness of the design.
