摘要:NOVELTY - Bifunctional modified ferritin heavy chain subunit nanoparticles, where the N-terminal or C-terminal modifications comprise ferritin, heavy polypeptide 1 (FTH1) enhanced green fluorescent protein. USE - The bifunctional modified ferritin heavy chain subunit nanoparticles and hybrid protein nanoparticle are useful for preparing drug for targeting tumor cells (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The bifunctional modified ferritin heavy chain subunit nanoparticles and hybrid protein nanoparticle are convenient and easy to use, and provide low cost preparation method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are: (1) a hybrid protein nanoparticle comprising modified enhanced green fluorescent protein ferritin heavy chain subunits with epidermal growth factor (EGF)-modified nanoparticles and ferritin heavy chain subunits nanoparticles; and (2) a method for preparing hybrid protein nanoparticle comprising: (a) constructing gene engineered strain; (b) harvesting fusion protein using the gene engineered strain; and (c) preparing hybrid protein nano-self-assembly.
