摘要：高校是关系国家安全稳定的重要阵地。高校综合治理工作对于全社会的安全稳定有着极为重要的影响。高校综合治理绩效评估是提高高校综合治理工作水平的有益手段。目前,高校综合治理绩效评估中一定程度上存在着违规、评估标准不科学、评估操作不规范等问题。建立科学合理的高校综合治理评估体系,做到评估过程公开、透明、规范,才能确保高校综合治理绩效评估结果的科学、客观、公正。
Colleges and universities are crucial for the state security and stability.The comprehensive management of the colleges and universities,as an important part of the comprehensive management of the society,is very important for the social security and stability.The performance assessment of the comprehensive management is a useful way to improve the level of comprehensive management.However,in the current performance assessment of comprehensive management,some problems are arising,such as irregularities,unscientific standard of assessment,nonstandardization in operation.Therefore,to establish a scientific and reasonable assessment system,and to do the assessment openly,transparently and standardly is imperative to ensure the scientificness,objectivity and justice of the performance assessment of comprehensive management in colleges and universities.
