摘要：鼓励大学生到村任职是党中央推进社会主义新农村建设的一项重大决策。本文主要采用问卷调查法,并辅以集中座谈法以上海市金山区大学生村官现状展开实证调研,系统分析了金山区大学生村官工作的实践情况,指出当前大学生村官政策存在的主要问题,提出大学生村官政策可持续发展的政府、社会、大学生村官自身"三维一体"的政策设计思路。
It＇s a major decision to encourage college students to serve the village that the CPC Central Committee made. In this paper, the author, using questionnaires and discussion with focus on the case of Jinshan District in Shanghai, analyzes their work, points out the problems, and proposes policy for sustainable development
