摘要：本文选用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)作捕集剂,对活性染料染色废水进行浮选脱色。通过对四种不同类型的活性染料进行了pH值、CTAB用量、浮选时间等因素与脱色率关系的一系列浮选试验的基础上,得出了浮选脱色的较佳工艺条件。文章对浮选机理作了初步探讨。
Cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) is used as a collecting agent to treat waste dyeing liquor with reactive dyes by floatation decolouring method. The authors select four different kinds of reactive dyes and tries to find inter-relation between pH value, amount of application of CTAB and required treating time etc. Results which is feasible for production are made. In addition floatation principle is discussed prelimi-narily in the paper.
