摘要:为高效分离萘及其加氢产物,设计了具有节能潜力的分壁塔并分析了分离状态和分离过程。首先,对分离过程进行简捷计算,得到各个区域所需最小蒸汽量;再用Aspen Plus软件建立分壁塔四塔模型,并对四塔模型以TAC为目标函数进行优化得到最佳设计和操作参数;最后对分壁塔分离萘及其加氢产物的分离状态进行分析。结果表明,隔板左右两侧温差较大,最高达13.8 K;反式十氢萘和萘在全塔中不存在返混,而顺式十氢萘和四氢萘在预分离段的返混不可避免,但在主塔中不存在返混;可通过分液比控制侧线中杂质比;侧线中杂质易分离时,分液比对侧线产品的影响更敏感。
In order to separate naphthalene from its hydrogenated products,a dividing-wall column with energy saving potential is designed,and the separation state and process are analyzed.Firstly,the separation process is calculated by short-cut calculation method,and the minimum amount of steam needed in each section is obtained.Therefore the most difficult separation section is found.Then,a four-column model is established to simulate KDWC by Aspen Plus software to study the separation of naphthalene from its hydrogenation products,and the model is optimized with TAC as the objective function.Then,the separation state that the dividing-wall column separates naphthalene from its hydrogenation products is analyzed.Final results show that the temperature difference between the left and right sides of the separator is larger,with the largest value reaching 13.8 k.There is no back-mixing of trans-decalin and naphthalene in the column.Back-mixing of cis-decalin and tetralin in the pre-separation section is inevitable,but it does not appear in main column.The impurity ratio in the side line can be controlled by liquid split.If the impurity in side-line is easy to separate,liquid split has a more sensitive impact on side-line products.
