摘要:In order to analyze the effect of operating condition of the gasoline fractionator system in ethylene plant on the process and product, the steady-state and dynamic models of the gasoline fractionator system in ethylene plant are developed based on Aspen HYSYS process simulation software. The error between the simulation result and the industrial operating data is below 5%, and the model is suitable for the simulation of industry. A proportional integration differential (PID) approach to control the gasoline fractionator system is tested. By analyzing the dynamic responses according to the flow changes of feed and recycling quench oil, the effects of different load are discussed. The results show that the gasoline fractionator system is under control and the control strategy can be used to guide the practical production.
