摘要:NOVELTY - The device has a valve driving device (2) whose output shaft is connected with a valve shaft (6). An end of a valve base is installed at an end of an air inlet joint (8). Another end of the air inlet joint is installed with an air outlet joint (12) through a bolt (7). An output end of a high pressure storage tank (1) is connected with the air inlet joint through a pipeline. The valve shaft is connected with a sensor (5) by a first shaft coupling (16). The valve driving device is connected with the sensor by a second shaft coupling (4). USE - Complex working electric valve dynamic torque continuous test device for use in designing and manufacturing fields. ADVANTAGE - The device can continuously measure and record a dynamic torque numerical value of working valves through the sensor so as to detect dynamic torque of the valve for opening and closing the electric valve. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The valve base includes a Labview (RTM: system-design platform and development environment for a visual programming language) platform based industrial control machine (23).
