摘要:NOVELTY - Purifying ursodeoxycholic acid (I) by silylation technology comprises (i) dissolving the mixture containing ursodeoxycholic acid (I) in organic solvent, and adding silylating agent at 25-80 degrees C to obtain solution containing silylated ursodeoxycholic acid derivative (II), (ii) cooling the solution containing (II) at 0-5 degrees C, crystallizing and isolating to obtain silane deoxycholic acid derivative, and (iii) adding ursodeoxycholic acid silylated derivative into a mineral acid, stirring, carrying out acid hydrolysis at 40-60 degrees C, separating and drying to obtain purified ursodeoxycholic acid. USE - The method is useful for purifying ursodeoxycholic acid by silylation technology. ADVANTAGE - The method has low consumption of reagent, high selectivity, and obtained ursodeoxycholic acid has high purity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Purifying ursodeoxycholic acid of formula (I) by silylation technology comprises (i) dissolving the mixture containing ursodeoxycholic acid (I) in organic solvent, and adding silylating agent at 25-80 degrees C to obtain solution containing silylated ursodeoxycholic acid derivative of formula (II), (ii) cooling the solution containing (II) at 0-5 degrees C, crystallizing and isolating to obtain silane deoxycholic acid derivative, and (iii) adding ursodeoxycholic acid silylated derivative into a mineral acid, stirring, carrying out acid hydrolysis at 40-60 degrees C, separating and drying to obtain purified ursodeoxycholic acid. R = 1-5C alkyl; and X = 1-6C alkyl.
