摘要:分别采用SR1LNa、400UPSNa、SX001×10FGFM、SX001×10FG和SX001×8FGFM五种钠型阳离子交换树脂进行吸附实验,筛选出较优树脂SX001×8FGFM,研究了Ca^(2+)在SX001×8FGFM的吸附动力学,采用准一级、准二级和颗粒内扩散动力学模型对实验数据进行拟合,其中准二级动力学模型和颗粒内扩散模型的关联结果较优,说明吸附过程遵循化学吸附和颗粒内扩散共同控制的混合机制。研究了Ca^(2+)在SX001×8FGFM交换树脂上的吸附热力学,选用Langmuir与Freundlich模型对实验数据进行拟合,其中Langmuir模型的关联结果较优。在此基础上,计算了吸附过程的吉布斯自由能(ΔG)、焓变(ΔH)和熵变(ΔS)。结果表明SX001×8FGFM离子交换树脂对溶液中Ca^(2+)的吸附行为是自发、吸热、熵驱动的过程。
Adsorption experiments of Ca^(2+)were carried out on five sodium-based cation exchange resins,which were SR1LNa,400UPSNa,SX001×10FGFM,SX001×10FG and SX001×8FGFM.The adsorption kinetics of Ca^(2+)in SX001×8FGFM was studied and the experimental data were fitted by three models including pseudo-first-order,pseudo-second-order and intra-particle diffusion kinetic models.The last two models could correlate the experimental data better,which indicated the adsorption being controlled by both chemical adsorption and intra-particle diffusion.The adsorption thermodynamics of Ca^(2+)on SX001×8FGFM was studied as well.The experimental data were fitted by both Langmuir and Freundlich models.It showed that the Langmuir model were more suitable for this system.The Gibbs free energy(ΔG),enthalpy change(ΔH)and entropy change(ΔS)of the adsorption process are calculated accordingly.The adsorption of Ca^(2+)on SX001×8FGFM is spontaneous,endothermic and entropy-driven.
