摘要：在全球产业链重构与“双碳”目标深度融合的背景下,当个体决策嵌入复杂社会网络时,同群企业的行为模式会通过“观察—模仿—适应”机制形成群体趋同。基于供应链韧性视角,探究我国工业企业ESG表现的同群效应及其作用机制,研究表明:供应链韧性显著增强工业企业ESG表现的同群效应,并通过提升工业企业在网络中的“程度中心度”放大同群效应,核心节点企业的ESG实践更易被观测与模仿。研究为监管机构培育供应链枢纽工业企业、优化全链条ESG治理提供政策启示,同时为工业企业构建“信息共享-风险共担”的韧性网络提供实践路径。
Against the backdrop of global industrial chain restructuring and the deep integration of the dual carbon goals,when individual decisions are embedded within complex social networks,the behavioral patterns of peer firms converge through an"observation-imitation-adaptation"mechanism.From a supply chain resilience perspective,this study examines the peer group effect on ESG performance among Chinese industrial enterprises and its underlying mechanisms.Findings indicate that supply chain resilience significantly amplifies the peer group effect on ESG performance.This effect is further magnified by enhancing the"degree centrality"of industrial enterprises within networks,as ESG practices of core node enterprises are more observable and imitable.This research provides policy implications for regulators to cultivate industrial enterprises as supply chain hubs and optimize end-to-end ESG governance.It also offers practical pathways for industrial enterprises to build resilient networks characterized by"information sharing and risk sharing."
