摘要:The combination of SiO2 and CaO has an interdisciplinary significance in the practical application of thermal conversion of organic wastes. In this work, the influence of CaO/SiO2 on pyrolysis behavior and morphology evolution of cellulose pyrolytic char pellets were explored in a high-frequency heating furnace. Results showed that, the addition of these two oxides obviously regulated the content and composition of pyrolytic products. The further cracking of pyrolytic oil was promoted and the gas yield was increased. Besides, SiO2 and CaO were found in the forms of sharp splinters and aggregates in pyrolytic char, which inhibited the shrinkage of pellets and improved their reactivity. Moreover, a series of synergistic effects were observed, which had influence on both the oil and gas composition, the char reactivity and the microcrystalline structure.
