摘要:为了探索厨余垃圾再利用的新途径,首次以厨余白菜为原料通过炭化、化学活化法制备了白菜活性炭(CCAC)应用于超级电容器。利用紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)、氮气吸脱附、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和X射线衍射(XRD)对其结构和组成进行了表征。结果显示CCAC具有规整的蜂窝状纳米多孔结构和丰富的官能团。三电极体系中,在不同浓度KOH电解液中测试了CCAC电极的电化学性能。结果表明CCAC电极在6 M KOH电解液中的比电容最高,在0.5 A·g^(-1)时为357 F·g^(-1),并且在20 A·g^(-1)时循环10000圈后比电容仍能保持在99.6%,展现出极好的稳定性。此外,以该电极组装的对称器件在能量密度达到11.9 Wh·kg^(-1)时,功率密度达到了207.7 W·kg^(-1)。这些结果表明以厨余白菜作为一种新型活性炭材料来制备超级电容器电极,具有实际应用价值。
In order to explore new ways of reuse for kitchen waste,Chinese cabbage activated carbon(CCAC)was firstly prepared by carbonization and chemical activation with Chinese cabbage as raw material for supercapacitor.Its structure and composition were characterized by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer(UV-Vis),nitrogen adsorption and desorption,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results indicate that CCAC has regular honeycomb-like nano-porous structure and abundant functional groups.In a three-electrode system,the electrochemical properties of CCAC electrode were tested in various concentrations of KOH electrolytes.The results show that the specific capacitance of CCAC electrode is the highest in the 6 M KOH electrolyte,357 F·g^(-1) at 0.5 A·g^(-1),and it can still retain at 99.6% over 10000 cycles at 20 A·g^(-1),showing excellent stability.In addition,when the energy density of the symmetrical device assembled with this electrode reaches 11.9 Wh·kg^(-1).The power density reaches 207.7 W·kg^(-1).These results manifest that it has practical application value to prepare supercapacitor electrode with kitchen waste Chinese cabbage as a new type of activated carbon material.
