摘要：NOVELTY - This utility new type provide a one micro-sample holding device, said holding device comprising: a clamping component, a regulating component, absorbing component and vacuum pump clamping member a upper part opening, the lower opening of inner screw thread sleeve, regulating part a through middle of outside thread sleeve, a clamping component and regulating part through screw match with surrounding the inner forming cavity, regulating member set step, the absorbing member including a hollow core rod is connected with a sucking disc for absorbing the micro-sample in the bottom of a set of hollow core rod, and set with match step lug boss of the hollow core rod in the lower part of the absorbing part through out of the cavity through the pneuma and vacuum pump connecting tube. This utility new type clamping device clamping part and regulating part through a fixing and height adjustment for a absorbing component, at the same time a absorbing component through a double-layer disc for a stable holding of the micro-sample to a processing in a metallographic grinding machine, operation is simple, increase efficiency and precision, for a sample cause deformation and so on.
