摘要：NOVELTY - The method involves eroding the working surface of the sealing ring by the quartz sand. A sealing ring (13) is provided with a hard alloy mechanical seal ring or an untreated silicon carbide/silicon nitride ceramic mechanical seal ring which is treated by acid and alkali pretreatment. A transmission gear (6) is connected with a transmission motor (10) and is engaged with a movable rack (21). The rotation speed of a large rotary gear (7) is 0.32-0.4 r/s, and the rotation speed of a small rotary gear (8) is 0.8 to 1r/s and the quartz sand compressed air pressure from 0.05 to 0.1MPa. USE - Batch pretreatment method for mechanical seal ring of diamond coating. ADVANTAGE - The stability of diamond coated mechanical seal ring and the quality of diamond coated mechanical seal ring are improved.
