摘要：A selective and simple amination of 4-fluoro-1-acylbenzenes was achieved by using N-substituted ethanolamine neatly or in amidated solvent. The procedure in the absence of metal catalysts and additional bases was carried out throughout SNAr substitution mechanism. A series of 4-[N-alkyl-N-(2-hydroxylethyl)]amino-1-acylbenzene products were characterized by elemental analysis (HRMS), IR, MS and NMR spectra.
