摘要:汽轮机转子的寿命管理涉及到材料、结构、力学等多学科知识的交叉,是一项要求具有很强综合分析能力的专家行为。该文以Visual Basic结合数据库系统为平台,实现了时间相关断裂力学理论、材料库、工况库和知识库的有机结合,通过对多裂纹干涉与合并准则、蠕变-疲劳交互效应的合理镶嵌,减少了传统方法的保守性,提高了转子剩余寿命预测的精度,实现了转子寿命管理的智能化、专家化,为提升汽轮机组的寿命与可靠性提供了有力的工具,并通过试验数据对寿命管理系统所嵌套的计算方法进行科学性验证。
Life management of steam turbine rotors relates to many fields such as material science, structure engineering and mechanics science and therefore requires an expert behavior with a quite general analytical capability. Based on the advanced software, this paper developed a manage system to realize an appropriate combination of the time-dependent fracture mechanics theories, material databases, operating condition databases and knowledge databases etc. By employing the multi-defects interaction and combination criterions and the creep-fatigue interaction theory, the over-conservativeness from traditional methods is reduced reasonably. The precision of predicted residual life of defected stream turbine rotor is thus improved. Consequently, the intelligent and expert life management of steam turbine rotors is realized which provides a powerful tool in practice.
