摘要:通过对玻璃进行了离子交换实验,研究P_2O_5含量变化对铝硅酸盐玻璃离子交换性能的影响。利用显微硬度仪、表面应力仪、微区X射线荧光光谱仪和场发射扫描电子显微镜线扫分别表征了离子交换玻璃的硬度、表面应力、元素含量变化和离子交换深度等性能。结果表明:离子交换后玻璃表面的K^+含量明显增加,Na^+含量降低,玻璃表面发生了明显的离子交换。此外,随着P_2O_5含量的增加,离子交换后的玻璃的硬度、表面应力和离子交换层深度逐渐增加。实验结果证明P_2O_5的引入能有效促进铝硅酸盐玻璃离子交换。
To investigate the effect of P205 content on ion exchange performance of aluminosilicate glasses, glass samples were processed for ion-exchanging. Glass hardness, surface compressive stress (CS) , element content change and ion-exchange depth were measured via micro hardness tester, surface stress meter, micro x ray fluorescence ( micro-XRF) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) , respectively. The results showed that the K+ content on glass surface increased apparently followed by decreasing of Na+ . It was indicated that the ion exchange reaction was fully conducted at glass surface. Besides, the hardness, surface stress and ion-exchanged layer depth increased gradually with the addition of P205. The experiment results demonstrated that the introduction of P205 had a big effect on promoting the ion exchange reaction of aluminosilicate glass.
