摘要:焊接产生的残余应力分布情况较为复杂,会对设备安全运行产生重要影响,因此,进行缺陷安全评估时必须考虑焊接残余应力的影响。目前,国内外常见的含缺陷结构安全评定标准包括:GB/T19624-2019,SINTAP:1999,BS7910:2019和API579:2016等。对比分析了上述标准在评定规程、焊接结构分类、焊接残余应力分布规律及其影响因素、焊后热处理对峰值残余应力取值影响等方面的区别,探讨各标准的适用性及差异。研究表明:SINTAP,BS7910和API579的焊缝结构分类依据明确,分类结果全面;提供了沿厚度和上表面方向的纵向和横向应力分布规律,考虑的影响因素较为全面。与之相比,GB/T19624在焊缝结构分类方面通过最大残余应力取值系数保证标准协调、易用,提供了沿厚度方向的应力分布规律,但未区分应力方向,且对焊后热处理态应力水平规定更为宽泛。所有标准均存在应力分布规律准确性不高、局部热处理后应力水平研究不足等问题。在后续发展中应通过更多案例分析和研究,对标准中焊接残余应力方面内容加以完善。
The distribution of residual stress generated by welding is complex,which will have an important impact on the safe operation of equipment.Therefore,the influence of welding residual stress must be considered in defect safety assessment.Common safety assessment standards for defective structures at home and abroad include GB/T 19624-2019,SINTAP:1999,BS 7910:2019 and API 579:2016.The differences in the evaluation procedures,welding structure classification,welding residual stress distribution and its influencing factors,and the influence of post-weld heat treatment on the value of peak residual stress were compared and analyzed,and the applicability and differences of each standard were discussed.The research shows that weld structure classification of SINTAP,BS 7910 and API 579 has clear basis and comprehensive classification results.They provide the longitudinal and transverse stress distribution laws along the thickness and upper surface direction,and the influencing factors considered are relatively comprehensive.In contrast,GB/T 19624 ensures standard coordination and ease of use through maximum residual stress value coefficient in weld structure classification.GB/T 19624 provided the stress distribution law along the thickness direction,but did not distinguish the stress direction,and the stress level of post-weld heat treatment state is stipulated more broadly.All the standards have some problems such as low accuracy of stress distribution law and insufficient research on stress level after local heat treatment.In the follow-up development of the standard,the content of welding residual stress should be improved through analysis and research of more cases.
