摘要:在1200 mm安装有受液槽的圆形塔板冷模装置上,以单一介质水利用液位差测量局部阻力的方法,考察了降液管底端结构参数对局部阻力的影响,通过改变降液管底隙高度h0和受液槽流出宽度h1测得了相应的局部阻力系数,由实验数据回归得到局部阻力系数ξ的关联式为ξ=3.50(h1/h0)-0.212(h0/30)-0.390,并对实验结果进行了讨论。
Cold model experiments using water as the fluid are carried out on a tray which is 1 200 mm in diameter and equipped with a seal pan. The influences of the structure parameters of the downcomer at the bottom on the local resistance is studied. By changing the height of base slot of the downcomer (h0), and the width of the fluid flow from the seal pan (h1), the local resistance coefficients are measured and related by ξ=3.50(h1/h0)^-0.212 (h0/30)^-0.390. The experiment results is also analyzed.
