摘要：NOVELTY - Starch composition comprises 90 wt.% amylose and amylopectin. USE - Starch composition used for preparation of starch film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The thin film has breaking strength of 15-25 MPa, elongation break of 100-250%, detecting soil buried method degradation performance based on GB/T19275-2003, two month degradation rate of 95-99%, and three months complete degradation. When humidity is 50%, thin film water content is 8-15%, and when humidity is 100%, film water content is less than 25%. After burying in soil for 60 days, film is 95% degraded. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) starch-based thin film comprising starch composition and additive; additive is reinforcing agent, plasticizer, crosslinking agent, and/or auxiliary agent; reinforcing agent is polyvinyl alcohol; plasticizer is glycerin, ethylene glycol, butylene glycol, sorbitol, xylitol, formamide, caprolactam, urea, and/or glycerol stearate; crosslinking agent is glyoxal, formaldehyde, glutaric dialdehyde; and auxiliary agent is montmorillonite, nanomicrocrystalline cellulose, nano silicon dioxide, and/or nano calcium carbonate; (2) preparation of starch composition comprising starch debranching enzyme to obtain starch paste liquid, carrying out enzyme reaction of native starch to obtain enzymolysis starch paste; performing inactivation process with polar complexing agent to obtain starch composition precipitate; and (3) preparation of starch film comprising preparing starch composition aqueous solution; and adding additive to obtain casting film liquid.
