摘要:采用热压烧结工艺制备了β-Al_2TiO_5-莫来石(MAT)与SiC_W/MAT复合材料,研究了MAT复相陶瓷的显微结构与莫来石含量对其性能的影响,得到了高强度的MAT复合材料。名义组成为30%(质量含量)SiC_w/MAT4复合材料的三点抗弯强度与断裂韧性分别为325MPa与4.94MPa·m ̄(1/2)。通过有关计算,分析、讨论了SiC_w/MAT复合材料在热压过程中发生的化学反应。
Aluminium titanat-mullite (MAT) and SiC_w/MAT composites were prepared by hot-press-ing process. The effects of microstructure and mullite content on the physical properties of MAT compositeswere studied. The bending strength and fracture toughness of the composite with nominal composition30% (in mass) SiC_w/MAT4 are 325MPa and 4.94MPa·m ̄(1/2) respectively. The chemical reaction occurred inSiC_w/MAT composites during hot-pressing process was analayzed and discussed from the standpoint of ther-modynamics and kinetics.
