摘要:实验制备了以氯醚橡胶(ECO)为基体,锑掺杂二氧化锡(ATO)为导电填料的ECO/ATO导电复合材料,通过扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射等手段研究并比较了ATO和SnO2对氯醚橡胶电性能的影响。结果表明,ECO/SnO2复合材料的电导率随着SnO2的增加逐渐增大。而ECO/ATO的电导率随着ATO的增加逐渐增大,并在8%(质量分数)出现渗流阈值。扫描电镜的形貌分析显示,ATO填料在氯醚橡胶中的分散性比SnO2好。热失重曲线显示ECO/SnO2及ECO/ATO的初始分解温度在270℃以上,表明材料具有很好的热稳定性。ECO/ATO复合材料优异的性能表明它可用于半导体或光电材料。
A conductive ECO/ATO composite based on epichlorohydrin(ECO)matrix,filled with Sb doped SnO2(ATO)fillers was successfully prepared.Effect of ATO and SnO2 on the electrical conductivity of ECO composites was studied and compared by SEM,TEM and XRD methods.The results show that the electrical conductivity of ECO/SnO2 increases gradually with the increasing SnO2 content,while the conductivity of ECO/ATO increases with ATO content and appears a percolation threshold concentration at 8%.The morphology of scanning electron microscopy(SEM)shows that ATO particles exhibit better dispersion in ECO matrix than SnO2.The initial decomposition temperature above 270 ℃ of thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA)curves reveals that materials exhibit good thermal stability.The excellent properties of ECO/ATO composite indicate that it can be used as semi-conductor or photoelectric materials.
