摘要:NOVELTY - A Serratia marcescens lipase immobilized with chitosan is obtained by covalently combining and immobilizing the enzyme on chitosan carrier through cross-linking of pentanedial. USE - The S.marcescens lipase immobilized with chitosan is useful for catalytically splitting ( plus minus ) p-methoxyphenyl glycidic acid methyl ester to obtain sinistral p-methoxyphenyl glycidic acid methyl ester (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The S.marcescens lipase immobilized with chitosan is highly stable, and the immobilized enzyme can be reused many times. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method of preparing the S.marcescens lipase immobilized with chitosan, which involves (a) slowly adding (in weight%): aqueous alkali (0.5-10) containing chitosan (0.5-5) and acid (0.5-5) under agitating state to obtain chitosan gel deposit, or dripping aqueous solution containing chitosan (2-5) and acid (2-5) in strong base aqueous solution (10-50) to obtain chitosan globule, where the acid is formic acid, short-chain organic acid e.g. acetic acid, hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid, and (b) reacting chitosan carrier of chitosan gel deposit or chitosan globule obtained in step (a), S.marcescens lipase liquid and pentanedial for 1-24 hours at 0-40 degrees C, where the ratio of the chitosan carrier and S.marcescens lipase liquid is 1:5-1:20 and the ratio of chitosan carrier and pentanedial is 100:1-10:1.
