摘要:采用PVDF管式超滤膜对生化处理后的果汁废水进行预处理,讨论了膜两侧压差、膜面流速、温度以及膜污染对膜性能的影响.结果表明,在最佳的操作条件为:膜两侧压差0.23~0.27MPa,膜面流速1.6~2.0m/s,温度35~42℃.超滤(UF)出水浊度小于0.5NUT、污染指数SDI小于2.5,满足后续反渗透膜的进水水质要求.同时,pH=12、温度为45℃的碱洗可以使PVDF管式超滤膜的纯水透水率恢复系数r达到95%.
Syrup drainage was pretreatment by PVDF tubular membrane. The effects of trans - membrane pressure, feed flow velocity, temperature and membrane fouling on the UF process are analyzed. The experimental results show that the optimum operating conditions are a trans- membrane pressure of 0.23- 0.27 MPa, feed flow velocity of 1.6--2.0 m/s and a temperature of 35--42℃. The turbidity in the permeate is lower than 0.5 NUT, and SDI is lower than 2.5. They meet the RO feed quality. Besides, the recovery efficiency of pure water is about 95 % after washing UF membrane at the temperature of 45℃ with NaOH solution which pH is 12.
