摘要：A novel one-pot, three-component reaction was developed for the efficient synthesis of decahydrophenothiazines, utilizing ammonium acetate, elemental sulfur, and cyclohexanones. Additionally, decahydrophenothiazines can be transformed into corresponding phenothiazines through iodine catalysis. The metal-free and scalable oxidation process of this protocol makes it remarkably simple, practical, and easy to handle. ? 2024, The Authors. All rights reserved.
