摘要:为了探究填料塔中支撑格栅的最合理设计方式与结构参数,以分块式格栅为研究对象,对格栅的载荷分布及其在载荷作用下强度、挠度和稳定性进行了理论分析,给出了影响因素和相应计算公式。采用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件,对某项目填料塔的实际分块式格栅进行了数值模拟,模拟值与理论值吻合良好,相互验证了理论公式及有限元模型的正确性。在建立合适模型基础上,以格栅质量最轻为目标函数,格栅的强度与挠度为约束条件,对格栅结构参数进行优化,优化结果表明:行格栅(主格栅梁)的厚度和高度对支撑格栅的强度和挠度具有决定作用,列格栅(定位格栅)对行格栅主要起稳定作用。采用数值模拟及优化方法对填料塔支撑格栅的合理设计具有重要工程意义。
In order to explore the most reasonable design and size of the packed support grid in packed column,the blocking support grid is taken as the object,the distributed load and its strength,deflection and stability under load are analyzed theoretically,influencing factors and corresponding calculation formulas are given.ANSYS Workbench is used to simulate the blocking support grid basing on the actual project.The theoretical value agrees well with the simulation value,which verifies the correctness of the theoretical formula and the finite element model.Basing on the proper model,the lightest weight of the blocking support grid is regarded as the objective function,the strength and deflection are the constraints,finite element method is used to optimize the blocking support grid.The results show that the main factor affecting the strength and deflection is the thickness and height of row grid;Column grid mainly stabilize row grid.The numerical simulation and optimization method are of great significance to the reasonable design of packed support grid.
