摘要:NOVELTY - A molecular sieve/sodium phosphate synergistically controlled high-rigidity oxidation-resistant polypropylene comprises 100 pts. wt. polypropylene, 0.1-20 pts. wt. powdery molecular sieve, 0.01-1.0 pt. wt. nucleating agent, 0-1.0 pt. wt. antioxidant, and 0.1-5.0 pts. wt. lubricant. The polypropylene is a polypropylene having a melt flow rate of 0.5-20 g/minute. The nucleating agent is a phosphate ( alpha )-crystal nucleating agent. The powdery molecular sieve is a silicon-based molecular sieve having a particle diameter of 1-10 mu m or a silica-alumina molecular sieve. USE - Molecular sieve/sodium phosphate synergistically controlled high-rigidity oxidation-resistant polypropylene used in car, and home appliance. ADVANTAGE - The molecular sieve/sodium phosphate synergistically controlled polypropylene has high rigidity, toughness, and thermal oxygen stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A molecular sieve/sodium phosphate synergistically controlled high-rigidity oxidation-resistant polypropylene comprises 100 pts. wt. polypropylene, 0.1-20 pts. wt. powdery molecular sieve, 0.01-1.0 pt. wt. nucleating agent, 0-1.0 pt. wt. antioxidant, and 0.1-5.0 pts. wt. lubricant. The polypropylene is a polypropylene having a melt flow rate of 0.5-20 g/minute. The nucleating agent is a phosphate ( alpha )-crystal nucleating agent. The powdery molecular sieve is a silicon-based molecular sieve having a particle diameter of 1-10 mu m or a silica-alumina molecular sieve. The antioxidant comprises an antioxidant (I) and an antioxidant (II). The antioxidant (I) is a hindered phenol antioxidant. The antioxidant (II) is a phosphite. The lubricant is a liquid paraffin, polyethylene wax, or stearic acid and esters. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of molecular sieve/sodium phosphate synergistically controlled high-rigidity oxidation-resistant polypropylene, which involves using direct mixing preparation process, pre-dispersion preparation process, or impregnation adsorption preparation process.
