摘要：建立了顶空气相色谱法测定硫酸软骨素中有机溶剂残留量的方法。采用旋涡混合器以水为溶剂制备供试品溶液，以大口径HP-快速GC残留溶剂柱为分离柱，FID为检测器，用外标法进行定量。甲醇在1．34—283．50μg／mL、乙醇在48．27-1206．75μg／mL内线性关系良好，相关系数分别为0．9999、0．9998，测定结果的相对标准偏差（n=6）分别为3．39％、1、36％，加标平均回收率分别为95．64％、97．28％，检出限分别为0．08、0．05μg／mL。
A method for the determination of residual organic solvents in chondroitin sulfate by headspace gas chromatography was developed. Water as solvent, sample solution was prepared by using vortex mixer. The determination was performed on a wide bore HP - fast GC residual solvent column with FID detector. The external standard method was used for quantitative analysis. The standard curves were linear in the range of 11.34 - 283.50 μg/mL （ r = 0.999 9） for methanol and 48.27 - 1206.75 μg/mL （ r = 0.999 8 ） for ethanol. The relative standard deviations （ n = 6） of the results were 3.39% and 1.36% respectively. The average recoveries （ n = 5） of methanol and ethanol were 95.64% and 97.28% respectively. The detection limit was 0.08 μg/mL for methanol and 0.05 μg/mL for ethanol.
